I see you, Mama, because I’ve been you!

As a (mostly) recovered perfectionist and people pleaser, I lived most of my life for others or for the idea I had in my head of how a successful woman should live.

Thankfully, a global pandemic shook me to my core and prompted an inward journey to discover who I am, tap into my deepest desires, and uncover a life that was so much more. 

After realizing what I truly wanted, I left a successful corporate career to stop missing my kids' birthdays and start living a life with purpose and joy. I’ve built a community of heart-centered women who rise together and found my purpose through positively impacting the lives of others. 

Now, I lead a movement for women to live a life by design with greater purpose and joy. My vision is to empower women to remember who they are so they can DREAM BIGGER, create a life they love, and build a brighter world by sharing their gifts. 

I love speaking, facilitating events, and creating life-changing work for women through fair trade.

When I’m not creating opportunities for #empoweredwomentoempowerwomen, I’m dancing, traveling with my husband, and raising two brave and beautiful girls.
